CyberboticsSince 1998, Cyberbotics is the leading company in robot simulation with the Webots reference software used by over 1193 universities and research centers worldwide. Cyberbotics also develops custom simulation tools like Webots for NAO and participate in European research projects.
HistoryThe company was founded in 1998 by Dr. Olivier Michel, as a spin off from the MicroComputing and Interface Lab (LAMI) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne (EPFL). Cyberbotics' mentors include Prof. Jean-Daniel Nicoud, Dr. Francesco Mondada and Dr. Takashi Gomi.
